Thank you for choosing Mammotion products from the Mammotion online store.
Parties to the conditions
The Mammotion Store Terms of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") are the document that sets out the terms and conditions under which buyers may purchase products from the Mammotion Store, accessible at www.de.mammotion.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Mammotion Store"). Once the buyer (hereinafter referred to as "you") has placed an order on the Mammotion Store, you hereby represent and warrant that you have the capacity to agree to and sign the clauses in these Terms. If you are unable to accept all of the terms in these Terms, please do not click the "BUY NOW" button.
Pictures and advertising
The information contained in the Mammotion Store constitutes nothing more than an invitation to submit an offer. Such information does not constitute an offer by the Mammotion Store to provide a product or service.
The images, videos and text displayed on the Mammotion Store may differ from the actual products due to different batches and technological advances. There may also be errors due to careless omissions in the review process. The Mammotion Store always strives to provide objective and accurate content and images to all customers, but assumes no responsibility for incorrect information that has not undergone proofreading or for misunderstandings that arise due to differences in interpretation.

Prices and adjustments
Mammotion reserves the right to change the prices of products displayed in the Mammotion Store based on the actual market situation. Despite our best efforts, some items in our catalog may be incorrectly priced. We will check prices when processing your order and before accepting payment. If we have made an error and the correct price of a product is higher than the price listed on the Mammotion Store, we may contact you prior to shipment to ask if you wish to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel your order. If the correct price of a product is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product.
Mammotion has the right to correct unintentional pricing errors. In the event of a price error, you will be notified and may continue to trade at the correct price.
Order acceptance and confirmation
When you place an order with the Mammotion Store, your order constitutes an offer to purchase products or services from us. If your order contains multiple products or services, your order will contain a number of offers for each product or service.
Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. However, your receipt of the above email does not constitute confirmation that we have accepted your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. It simply means that we have confirmed receipt of your order.
Once we have processed your order and are ready to ship the products, the status of the order in the personal center will be changed to "Fulfilled". We will send you another email indicating that we have accepted your order with shipping details once the shipment is ready and has been dispatched from the warehouse.
Within 15 days of the order being dispatched, you can confirm receipt of the product in the Mammotion Store upon delivery. If receipt has not been confirmed within 15 days of dispatch, the system will automatically confirm receipt of the product.
If you have not received the product after the automatic confirmation by the system, please contact support-eu@mammotion.com. We will reship the product or provide a refund or reimbursement according to the actual situation and our communication.
We have the right to decide whether to accept your order. The Mammotion Store will only accept your order after we have confirmed that stock, logistics, policies and all other objective conditions are met. If the Mammotion Store has fulfilled your order but later determines that we are unable to provide the products or services, or if you are involved in upselling, malicious competition or purchasing in violation of our purchase restrictions, the order will be canceled and the purchase price refunded to you in full.
Logistics and delivery
For products that are not pre-ordered, the Mammotion Store will process the order within 2 business days of the order being placed. After fulfillment, we will ship according to the time frame indicated on the store's product page.
The Mammotion Store selects the most suitable shipping company to provide the service according to the delivery address.
The shipping time is subject to the time announced by the third party shipping company. Once the products in your order leave our warehouse, actual delivery may be affected by events beyond Mammotion's control. Therefore, Mammotion accepts no responsibility for any delays in delivery due to unexpected logistics related events.
If delays occur, you can send an email to support-eu@mammotion.com and we will do our best to contact the shipping company and resolve the issue.
Cancellation of order
For in-stock products, we accept order cancelations before the product is shipped or produced. For pre-ordered products, we accept order cancelations before the product ships or production begins, subject to Mammotion's instructions regarding specific pre-ordered products in the Mammotion Store.
If the order is canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, no fees will be charged.
If the order is canceled after 24 hours of placing the order and the order has not been shipped, please note that we will charge a transaction fee for the refund (3.8% for credit card users, 2.99% for PayPal users, 3.8% for Klarna users).
We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns. Users have the right to request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery of the product without giving a reason, subject to the following return conditions.
Return conditions:
Users can request a free return if the product is unopened, unactivated or unused and the packaging and accessories are undamaged within thirty (30) days from the valid proof of purchase, original receipt or invoice or the delivery date (if the delivery date is later than the purchase date).
Users can contact Mammotion customer service to make a return and refund request if the product has a manufacturing defect or has caused a problem attributable to Mammotion within 30 days of purchase. We will cover the return shipping costs.
Please note that we charge a transaction fee for refunds. (3.8% for credit card users, 2.99% for PayPal users, 3.8% for Klarna users)
Return process
Please contact our customer service team at sales-eu@mammotion.com or via the contact channels provided in the Mammotion Store to request a return. Our customer service team will check if your order is eligible for a return. Upon confirmation that your order is eligible, you will receive instructions on how to properly package and return the products to us. Please confirm the return address before returning the products and ensure that all components and accessories are included in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once you have returned the product to our warehouse and provided us with the shipping information, we will arrange a refund within 5 working days. You will be notified by email when your order has been refunded.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund after 5 working days, first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company. It may take a while before your refund is officially recorded. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales-eu@mammotion.com.
After-sales service

Resale prohibited
The Mammotion Store only sells and delivers products to end users/customers. The purchase of products from Mammotion for the purpose of reselling them is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you are not purchasing the products for personal use.
Protection of intellectual property
Mammotion Store and/or its subsidiaries are the exclusive owners of all intellectual property rights related to the Products (including but not limited to design drawings, technologies, appearance, utility models, brands, trade names and trademarks, etc.) and the right to apply for intellectual property for the related intellectual achievements (collectively referred to as "Mammotion Intellectual Property"). The Mammotion Store shall have the right to enjoy and implement Mammotion Intellectual Property in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and all revenues arising from intellectual property protection shall accrue to the Mammotion Store, which shall have the absolute authority to pursue and maintain intellectual property protection of all or part of the technologies or improvements worldwide. Infringement of the Mammotion Store's rights and interests in Mammotion Intellectual Property is not acceptable to us, including but not limited to reverse engineering or reselling the purchased products.
Data protection
After you have placed an order, this means that you agree that the Mammotion Store may collect, store, share, process or use the data you provide for the purchase of the product or service. This also means that you consent to your data being archived and/or circulated within en.mammotion.com so that you can receive information about Mammotion products or services that may be of interest to you.
Exclusion of liability; limitation of liability
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not guarantee that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that we may remove the Service from time to time for indefinite periods of time or discontinue the Service at any time without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Service is at your sole risk. The Service and all products and services provided to you through the Service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided "as is" and "as available" for your use, without any representation, warranty or condition of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title and non-infringement.
You hereby acknowledge and agree that unforeseen circumstances may occur during product use that may result in further personal injury or property damage caused by damage to surrounding equipment/items during use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mammotion shall not be liable for any legal responsibilities or obligations for any further personal injury or property damage resulting from damage to surrounding equipment/objects caused by product use. (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages).
You agree to be responsible for your safety and to use the product in accordance with all applicable safety requirements. You agree to accept responsibility for any further personal injury or property damage caused by damage to surrounding equipment/objects during performance.
In no event will the Mammotion Store, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim or direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenues, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs or similar damages, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising out of your use of any of the Services or any products obtained through the Services, or for any other claim in any way related to your use of the Services or any product, including, but not limited to, errors or omissions in any Content or loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Services or any Content (or products) provided, transmitted or otherwise made available through the Services, even if advised of the possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or indirect damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Force majeure
If the Mammotion Store is unable to fully comply with its obligations under these Terms due to force majeure, we will notify you within 15 days from the date of the force majeure (if the notice cannot be delivered within the aforementioned period due to a force majeure incident, the Mammotion Store will notify you within 15 days after the conditions of the incident have been remedied). If the Mammotion Store is unable to comply with the conditions due to force majeure, we are exempt from liability or responsibility in whole or in part. Force majeure events include, but are not limited to, earthquakes, floods, lightning strikes, snowstorms and government action.
Protocol conflict
These Terms apply to all products sold in the Mammotion Store. If the Mammotion Store introduces a specific sales policy for a product and there is a conflict between the sales policy for the product and these Terms, the sales policy for the product will be the default.
Applicable law
These Terms and any separate terms under which we provide you Services shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
