Frequently Asked Questions
When can I expect to receive the YUKA Robotic Lawnmower after I have pre-ordered?
We expect the first batch of production to be completed by mid-May 2024 and shipping will be arranged in due course. We expect local delivery to begin in End of June 2024 and you will receive email notification when your order is shipped. You can request shipment updates using your order No. or by emailing us at support@mammotion.com.
What kind of stuff can YUKA sweep?
YUKA can easily handle mulched leaves, debris, grass clippings, pine needles, and weeds with the attached lawn sweeper kit. Please note that the kit is not suitable for acorns larger than 3.5cm or twigs longer than 25cm and thicker than 3cm.
Can I run two YUKA machines from the same app?
Yes, the app can manage multiple devices at the same time. Multiple YUKA mowers can independently complete their mowing job according to the schedule set in your app.
Can I run one machine over two or three small properties?
Of course yes! Thanks to the RTK System, users can simply create and set mowing tasks for separate mowing areas and add connecting paths in the smart app under Multi-zone Management. YUKA can pass the sidewalk when the width is more than 1 m and the surroundings are not severely blocked.
What is the YUKA Warranty and Repair Services?
We offer a 2-year warranty on YUKA main parts, including the Charging Station and RTK Antenna, and a 1-year warranty on other accessories. The warranty period for a product starts on the day the product(s) are delivered. If the product does not work as guaranteed during the warranty period, you can request customer service by contacting us via MAMMOTION APP Livechat & support@mammotion.com.
