Frequently Asked Questions
What is the LUBA Warranty and Repair Services?
If the product does not work as guaranteed during the warranty period, you can request after-sales service by contacting the upcoming local MAMMOTION distributor or email us at support@mammotion.com. The main parts of the lawn mower and battery are covered under a 2-year warranty. Please note that the accessories (Charging Station and RTK Antenna) are under a 2-year warranty while blades and tires do no have warranty.
Does the RTK Reference Station need to be connected to the charging station?
RTK base station does not need to be connected to the charging station. You can put the charging station anywhere you want! If you want to install RTK station on the roof, you will need to have a separate power adapter and extension cord to power RTK reference station.
Does the entire area need to have a WiFi signal, or can it complete its work once it receives commands near its charging base and then return to charge?
Once the mission is set, it can carry out the entire workflow even without WiFi. The WiFi is intended to assist you in checking the status of LUBA and receiving messages remotely on your cell phone.
How do I install Luba?
You can easily perform the installation yourself. A quick start guide will be included in the box, and you can also find Video Tutorial on our Support page.
What if my front and back yard are separated by a fence?
Luba can manage multiple zones. If there is a path between these two yards, Luba can travel to the second yard and perform the work automatically.
Can the App be used remotely, for example when I am not at home?
With Mammotion App, you can remotely preset and update the mowing parameters for each zone, as well as check Luba’s status in real-time.
What patterns are available for LUBA's Lawn Printing feature?
The patterns for 3D lawn printing will be released before June. We will release both system mode which includes football and heart, and customized English letters for you to combine with no limitations this time. And that's not all - stay tuned for more patterns to be gradually launched and updated via FOTA.

Ich habe den Luba 2 seit zwei Wochen in Einsatz. Obwohl ich schon am Anfang erstaunt war wie gut sich der Mäher in unserem Garten zurecht findet, wächst meine Begeisterung mit jedem Mähvorgang, da ich inzwischen die Grenzen genauer markiert habe und das doch etwas nervige Gepiepse wenn der Luba 2 auf ein Hindernis fährt, durch das nachträgliche Markieren von Nogo Zonen reduziert habe.

Wir können den Luba 2 nur empfehlen. Nach direkten Vergleichen mit Bekannten und den Recherchen im Internet, wurden uns die Vorteile doch schnell klar. Unser Garten ist eine Wiese mit ca. 1000qm Mähfläche welche sich am Waldrand befindet, viele Hindernisse hat und relativ uneben ist und auch eine Böschung von ca. 45% aufweist. Der Luba mäht alles perfekt mit großer Zufriedenheit! Die Einrichtung ist leicht und selbsterklärend (ich-54 Jahre). Zeitersparnis hatten wir noch nicht, wird aber noch kommen, im Moment sehen wir ihm halt immer zu und finden Ecken, die wir mit Freude optimieren. Wir lieben unseren Luba und konnten ihn bisher schon 2x weiterempfehlen. (Freund und Sohn)

Ich kann bis jetzt sagen das der Roboter einen super Job macht in unserem "Acker".
Ich habe mich wegen des steilen Hanges und der Unebenheiten in unserem Garten für den Luba 2 entschieden und bin noch nicht enttäuscht worden.
Die Steigung meistert er ohne Probleme.
Den Rest wird die Zeit zeigen bin aber sehr zufrieden.
